Yesterday was Maximum Suburban Day, with the kid's soccer game at 11:00 am (they lost, 5 to 2, but it would have been a zillion to a zillion if not for the great work by both goalies), then soaping and rinsing the deck in preperation for today's round of scrubbing sealant in, finishing off with a blazing wood fire in the living room fireplace.

It's been just over a year since we moved here, and it still feels weird.

On the flip side of Typical Weekend Pursuits, much World of Warcraft and Halo was played, we watched some anime, and I read another mumblemany chapters of Jonathan Stange and Mr. Norrell. What fun!
