after all

Your opinion

I've been listing books for sale on eBay for the last several weeks, always using the "7 days" interval for length of auction.

But with Christmas (and then New Years) sitting like inconvenient elephants in everyone's browsing time, I'm tempted to try a few at the "3 days" interval instead.

Do you think the interval makes a big difference to the interest (and therefore sale price)? Do you think it's just silly to be listing things right now anyway?

The majority of the books that I'd like to get moved out of here don't go for much in the collectibles market, but it seems a waste to let them go for 10 cents each (if that) at the used book store.

At least I'm getting to see the folks at the Post Office more often!
