I spend easily 20 minutes or more every day opening pages and reading the newest update on my many favorite webcomics. One of these days (not today) I'll sit down and put together an RSS for those who have it (most of them). I don't have any trouble allocating myself that chunk of time - I'm amply rewarded by what I get to read, and compared to fiction reading the time needed is the veriest trifle.
This noble plan fails when I discover a new title with an extensive archive, and compulsively click, click, click through until I'm done. So I spent much of yesterday on
Archipelago instead of work.
And I'm glad I did.

I waste a day every time I find a new one too. Just a couple of days ago Howard Taylor linked to The Legend of Bill - luckily the strip only started in 2008, but still it was an hour gone.
